On May 24, 2016 the annual conference “Warehousing & Logistics”, organized by Impress Media Events, took place in Moscow. This event is devoted to the discussion of the main questions of the market of logistics, warehousing real estate and industrial buildings.
Yana Kuzina, Vice-president for Real Estate development, Freight Village RU, took part in the expert session “Development and investments” and made the presentation “Industrial parks and freight villages – a new trend in the warehousing real estate”.
Ms. Kuzina made the detailed presentation about the concept of freight villages and stressed the advantages of warehousing complexes location within them. Also Yana Kuzina gave the sample of worldwide experience of the similar projects and disclosed the factors of the new trend of warehouses decentralization as well as their shift towards the TsKAD.
